Every Toke Box Supply item is printed to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size, or wrong color. Please check the size chart before ordering.
Misprints and damaged items
If your item arrives misprinted, defective, or damaged, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. Contact us through our Contact page within 72 hours of receiving your order with :
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the misprint or damage
- A photo of the shipping label
You don't need to send the item back unless we ask.
Lost packages
If tracking shows delivered but you never received it, contact us within within 72 hours of the delivery date and we'll work with you to make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to post it.
